Our Gold Preferred Service Policy includes all labor required to diagnose a problem, or make a necessary repair. You can feel comfortable knowing that no matter what it takes to diagnose a problem or make a repair you will not have to pay any labor charges.
+ Priority Emergency Service
You will receive priority status for all service calls. RKM services our Preferred Service Policy customers first. Our technicians are electronically dispatched to insure prompt response time. To insure we meet your needs, we maintain a complete, computerized service history on your equipment.
+ Repair or Replacement of Parts
Our Gold Preferred Service Policy covers all internal parts* required to repair your system. Our goal is to catch and correct minor problems before they become major repairs. *The compressor, heat exchanger, coils, and electric heat elements will only be replaced at no charge if the part is covered under a manufacturer's warranty. If one of these parts fails outside of the warranty period you will receive a 5% discount on the part. Occasional circuit breaker tripping is not covered by this policy.
+ Limited Lifetime Guarantee
RKM guarantees to the original purchaser all duct work, refrigerant tubing, disconnect box, unit pad, and electrical wiring installed by us to be free from defects under normal use and operating conditions for the life of these items.
